March Of The Merry Brigade

Inspired by the works of Matei Apostolescu, except not quite as good. I've produced this piece especially for my portfolio. Initially drawn out in pencil, then inked, scanned in and coloured using photoshop. The background is textured paper tinted using photoshop.

My first digital piece! Took a while but I'm happy with the result. Incorporates elements of the many creatures I create in my spare time as well as some Hiroshige artwork. Enjoy
